Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding
• Guide managers through the interview process and help them identify the best talent

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or transferable experience from a related field
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to understand client needs and apply strategic, tailored recommendations that drive results
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and source top talent effectively
