HR Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the part-time HR Recruiting Specialist will manage the full cycle recruitment process for roles in sales, operations, and marketing within the Medical Device industry, working remotely in the EST/CST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various roles, focusing on sales, operations, and marketing
• Utilize Workday to enter requisitions, manage onboarding documentation, and track candidate progress
• Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through multiple channels, collaborating with hiring managers on staffing needs

Required qualifications

• Experience with full cycle recruiting in the Pharma/Medical Device industry
• Strong knowledge of Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of change management from a recruitment perspective is a plus
