Job Summary

HR Reporting and Payroll Analyst is a full-time role responsible for administering payroll and employee benefits programs while supporting HR reporting, audits, and workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Administer employee benefit programs and support enrollment processes
  • Generate and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports for leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR reporting
  • Experience in processing multi-state payroll is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and reporting systems preferred
