Job Summary
HR Reporting and Payroll Analyst is a full-time role responsible for administering payroll and employee benefits programs while supporting HR reporting, audits, and workforce analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with regulations
- Administer employee benefit programs and support enrollment processes
- Generate and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports for leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR reporting
- Experience in processing multi-state payroll is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and reporting systems preferred
