Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, HR Risk, Compliance and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HR risk, compliance, and employee relations operating model
  • Establish foundational HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Serve as the primary owner of employee relations matters, including investigations and workplace concerns
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7-10+ years of HR experience with expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
  • Demonstrated experience in building or maturing HR policies and governance
  • Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Experience in a scaling or previously immature HR function is preferred
