Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Senior Assistant (Retainer), Multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative support for HR processes and transactions
- Advise personnel on HR services and act as a liaison for internal and external clients
- Support recruitment processes and maintain HR records and monitoring systems
Required Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate is required; a diploma or degree in relevant fields is an advantage
- Minimum of five years of HR experience with a Secondary School Certificate, or two years with a Diploma, or one year with a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in international or national organizations is preferred
- Proficiency in office software and HR Information Systems is required
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another official UN language is an asset
