Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Senior Lead, Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic business partnering on various HR initiatives including Change Management and Talent Development
- Guide senior executives on people strategies and facilitate engagement and retention initiatives
- Lead cultural integration efforts and execute core annual people processes in collaboration with shared service organizations
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting or HR business partnering within a matrix organization
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field; advanced degree preferred
- High-level understanding of employment law across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience navigating complex, highly matrixed global organizations
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
