Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting or HR business partnering within a matrix organization
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field; advanced degree preferred
• High-level understanding of employment law across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience navigating complex, highly matrixed global organizations
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
