HR Senior Officer
Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational HR expertise, the part-time HR Senior Officer will deliver high-impact HR support through short-term surge deployments to UNOPS offices worldwide, focusing on critical organizational needs and the effective implementation of HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to HR policy development and maintain HR analytics to support decision-making
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to management on personnel-related matters, including grievances and performance management
- Oversee talent acquisition and management processes, ensuring effective recruitment and onboarding practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience in HR or related fields
- Experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Experience analyzing HR data and producing reports to support decision-making
- Fluency in English and French; intermediate Spanish is desirable
