Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Center Associate 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, routing and resolving issues as necessary
  • Assist employees and managers with navigating HR systems and provide data entry support for various HR activities
  • Review open case cues to ensure timely resolution and collaborate with management to improve service quality
Required Qualifications
  • Education: H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, and ServiceNow applications is highly desirable
  • Prior call center or CRM experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to navigate multiple computer applications
