Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line HR support to current and former teammates via phone and email
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Tier 1 support and manage cases within Salesforce
  • Research and resolve HR inquiries while contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Service Center or Customer Service
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
  • 1-2 years of Workday experience
  • 1-2 years of case management experience (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
