Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR support to current and former teammates via phone and email
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Tier 1 support and manage cases within Salesforce
- Research and resolve HR inquiries while contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Service Center or Customer Service
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
- 1-2 years of Workday experience
- 1-2 years of case management experience (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
