Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRSC Coordinator Tier 2 responsible for providing first-line HR support to current and former teammates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email channels
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Tier 2 Support and manage cases within Salesforce
  • Research and resolve HR inquiries within defined SLAs and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Service Center or Customer Service
  • 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
  • 2-3 years of Workday experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
