Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRSC Coordinator Tier 2 responsible for providing first-line HR support to current and former teammates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email channels
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Tier 2 Support and manage cases within Salesforce
- Research and resolve HR inquiries within defined SLAs and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Service Center or Customer Service
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
- 2-3 years of Workday experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
