Job Summary
Providing excellent customer service, the full-time HR Service Center Representative will address HR-related inquiries, process standard HR tasks, and support special projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to HR inquiries from employees and external parties through various communication channels, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
- Utilize case management tools to document interactions and process HR operational tasks, including data changes and employment verifications
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service within the HR Service Center
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience related to benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
