Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service, the full-time HR Service Center Representative will address HR-related inquiries, process standard HR tasks, and support special projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to HR inquiries from employees and external parties through various communication channels, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Utilize case management tools to document interactions and process HR operational tasks, including data changes and employment verifications
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service within the HR Service Center
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience related to benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
