Job Summary

Providing first-tier HR support remotely, the full-time HR Service Center Representative will manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies and processes, document interactions, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities
  • Intake and respond to Tier I inquiries via phone and case management tools, utilizing training and resources
  • Document inquiries for tracking and resolution, following established procedures and escalation processes
  • Assist employees in navigating online HR tools and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience using HR software and strong computer skills
  • Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service preferred
  • Ability to handle conflict and work effectively under pressure
