Job Summary
Providing first-tier HR support remotely, the full-time HR Service Center Representative will manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies and processes, document interactions, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Intake and respond to Tier I inquiries via phone and case management tools, utilizing training and resources
- Document inquiries for tracking and resolution, following established procedures and escalation processes
- Assist employees in navigating online HR tools and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience using HR software and strong computer skills
- Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service preferred
- Ability to handle conflict and work effectively under pressure
