Job Summary
Providing first-tier HR support remotely, the full-time HR Service Center Representative will manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies and tools while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Intake and respond to Tier I inquiries via phone and case management tools, utilizing company resources
- Document inquiries thoroughly for tracking and resolution, adhering to quality guidelines
- Assist employees in navigating online HR tools and escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong computer skills, including experience with HR software and productivity tools
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Customer Service is preferred
- Ability to handle conflict and communicate effectively with all organizational levels
