HR Service Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR Service Center Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to tier 1 questions for Benefits, Compensation, Leave of Absence, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Payroll/Time Keeping
• Run reports from the HR system as requested
• File employee information as necessary

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Human Resources environment for a mid- to large size employer
• Demonstrated experience utilizing MS Excel, Word and other MS Office products
• Data entry experience on HR/Payroll systems
• Experience with HR policies and programs
