Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support of HR service center activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise HR Service Center operations including case management, document management, and preboarding
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide coaching to HR representatives to improve performance
  • Prepare reports and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR practices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 6 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Data Analysis, or Program/Case Management without a degree, or 4 years with an Associate's degree, or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree
  • Leadership and call center experience preferred
  • Professional certifications in Human Resources preferred (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
