Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, HR Service Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Service Center and serve as an escalation point for complex employee inquiries
- Provide coaching and consultation to Specialists and Consultants to enhance service delivery and compliance with HR policies
- Monitor team performance metrics and conduct performance evaluations, ensuring quality and adherence to service standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in HR policies and employee benefit programs
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
- Experience in performance management and team leadership
