Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HR Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Service Center and serve as an escalation point for complex employee inquiries
  • Provide coaching and consultation to Specialists and Consultants to enhance service delivery and compliance with HR policies
  • Monitor team performance metrics and conduct performance evaluations, ensuring quality and adherence to service standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in HR policies and employee benefit programs
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Experience in performance management and team leadership
