HR Service Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR support on topics such as benefits, payroll, and policies
• Resolve requests efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Provide support for HR document updates and create content for the HR portal

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Proficiency in English
• Preferred knowledge of HR systems/tools, such as SuccessFactors and payroll systems
• Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources is preferred
