HR Service Delivery Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, HR Service Delivery (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer experience in response to phone and online inquiries
• Triage case inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
• Resolve inquiries using various HR systems and assist with HR policies and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in an HR Shared Service environment
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits concepts
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is strongly preferred
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
