HR Service Delivery Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Representative - Tier 1 (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience in response to phone and online inquiries
• Triage all case inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
• Assist in explaining HR, payroll, and benefits policies and processes

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in an HR Shared Service environment
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits concepts
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks
• High integrity and sound judgment regarding confidential information
