HR Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Specialist who delivers centralized HR services to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries and transactions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Execute standardized HR transactions across the employee lifecycle and maintain accurate employee records
• Coordinate inquiry resolution in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and support HR compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support
• Basic proficiency with HR systems, case management tools, or Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in HR, shared services, or a service environment is preferred
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) is advantageous
