Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits and absence administration
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and leave-related pay impacts
  • Experience in a GBS model or shared services environment preferred
