Job Summary

Supporting HR operations remotely, the full-time HR Service Partner will manage HR-related inquiries, ensure timely resolution of cases, and execute HR transactions while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders
  • Manage an assigned caseload through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR cases
  • Execute HR transactions in Workday and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite and familiarity with HRIS, preferably Workday
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with sound judgment
