Job Summary
Supporting HR operations remotely, the full-time HR Service Partner will manage HR-related inquiries, ensure timely resolution of cases, and execute HR transactions while maintaining high service quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders
- Manage an assigned caseload through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR cases
- Execute HR transactions in Workday and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- 1 year of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite and familiarity with HRIS, preferably Workday
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with sound judgment
