HR Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Representative to provide Tier 1 HR support to associates and managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to HR-related inquiries and issues via phone and email in a call-center environment
• Document interactions in the HR Direct call tracking system and escalate issues as necessary
• Support execution of HR processes, including payroll and benefits, while meeting service delivery metrics

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
• Pursuing or received a College Degree is preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
• Experience with HR systems and processes is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and ability to meet department service delivery metrics
