Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the HR Service Specialist will respond to associate inquiries regarding HR programs and policies, assist functional teams with customer requests, and manage the intake process for employee inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for general associate inquiries about HR programs, procedures, and policies
  • Assist functional teams to ensure timely and confidential handling of customer requests
  • Maintain information systems and support documentation, ensuring relevance and accuracy
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 3 years of related experience in customer service, HR onboarding, or as an HR technician/analyst/generalist
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, and employment laws
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred
