Job Summary
To support HR operations, the remote contract HR Service Specialist will respond to associate inquiries, manage employee intake processes, and maintain HR documentation while ensuring timely resolutions and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to general associate inquiries about HR programs and policies as the initial point of contact
- Manage the intake process for employee inquiries and collaborate with functional teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Update and maintain HR support documentation and gather feedback for process improvements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of related experience in customer service, HR onboarding, or as an HR technician/analyst/generalist
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Licenses/Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
