HR Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Representative to serve as the first HR point of contact for basic HR inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming electronic requests and calls related to HR systems
• Support and educate employees in the use of HR applications and troubleshoot non-technical inquiries
• Maintain records of transactions and perform basic data analysis

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of human resources or customer service experience
• Experience with human capital management systems or call tracking systems is a plus
