HR Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Services Specialist who will support the HR Shared Services team as a generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and programs, resolving complex employee issues and ensuring legal compliance
• Utilizes HR tools and systems to analyze data, monitor assignments, and provide training to team members
• Acts as a resource for escalated cases and leads special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least two years of HR experience
• Thorough understanding of Human Resources laws affecting plan administration and operations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret plan documents
• Demonstrated computer experience, including proficiency in HR software packages
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments
