Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Service Specialist to join their HR Service Center for a one-year parental leave assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR support inquiries from employees and managers
  • Process HR transactions in SAP SuccessFactors and maintain employee data
  • Assist with onboarding, leave of absence cases, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 13 years of experience in HR administration
  • Proficiency in HR systems and ticketing tools
  • Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling confidential information
