Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Analyst to manage key HR processes and support employee-related functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process HR needs including employee inquiries, onboarding, and terminations
  • Create and maintain accurate employee data in the HR system while ensuring compliance
  • Collaborate with HR team members to optimize and streamline HR services and initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and one additional language (Polish, German, French, Italian, Czech, Spanish, or Dutch)
  • Demonstrable HR experience within a Shared Services model or multi-function HR environment
  • Experience with CRM and case management systems (e.g., Salesforce/Service Now) and Human Capital Management (e.g., Workday)
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred but not essential
