HR Shared Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Shared Services Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process HR needs including employee inquiries and functional processes
• Create and maintain accurate employee data in the HR system
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and one additional language (Polish, German, French, Italian, Czech, Spanish, or Dutch)
• Demonstrable HR experience within a Shared Services model or multi-function HR expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred but not essential
