Job Summary

Providing high touch services to employees and HR staff, the full-time HR Shared Services Assistant will manage inquiries across various topics, ensuring service level agreements are met while working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Research, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries regarding HR topics such as compliance, payroll, and employee relations using multiple communication channels
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience by managing escalated requests and ensuring follow-up to enhance client satisfaction
  • Administer HR systems processes, including payroll record maintenance and reporting requirements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Workday experience preferred
  • Experience in Shared Services (HR/Payroll) and Labor Relations/Unions preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and manage high-level escalations
  • Knowledge of HR/Payroll laws and regulations is highly desirable; FPC, CPP, or PHR certification is a plus
