Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for employee assistance, the full-time HR Shared Services Associate will respond to inquiries, resolve HR-related issues, and escalate complex cases while maintaining confidentiality in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to employee inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve HR cases professionally and escalate complex issues to management as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and refer employees to appropriate resources and self-service technology
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of prior experience in customer service or inbound call centers
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
