HR Shared Services Generalist

Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, the full-time HR Shared Services Generalist will provide timely and accurate support on various HR topics, process HR transactions, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses via multiple channels
• Process HR transactions in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance while assisting with onboarding activities
• Log and manage employee inquiries within the HR case management system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in HR, customer service, or shared services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior exposure to an HRIS platform is strongly preferred; willingness to learn HR systems is valued
• Familiarity with case management or ticketing systems is a plus
• Experience in a high-volume, transaction-oriented environment with a focus on accuracy and follow-through is preferred
