• Oversee employee life-cycle events and ensure compliance with labor laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent in English and one additional language (Polish, German, French, Italian, Czech, Spanish, or Dutch)
• Demonstrable leadership experience in HR operations or shared service centers
• Proven expertise in HRIS systems and global HR operations
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in process improvement and change management
