HR Shared Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Americas Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of Tier 1 Generalists to deliver operational HR services
• Oversee service delivery standards for HR transactions and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations/shared services, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations across the Americas
• Experience with automation or AI tools in HR operations is a plus
