Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-4 years in HR Shared Services or HR Operations leadership
- Experience delivering HR services to a geographically dispersed employee population
