Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line HR support by responding to tier 1 inquiries from employees, managers, and third parties regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits
  • Assist team members and leaders throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining confidentiality
  • Conduct research to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as necessary while participating in departmental support and training initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in HR, business, or technology, or applicable work experience required
  • Bachelors degree in HR, business, or technology, or applicable work experience preferred
  • Two years of experience in customer service, HR, or IT preferred
