Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for employee assistance, the full-time HR Shared Services Representative will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support transactional work in a corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to written and oral inquiries from employees, managers, retirees, and family members regarding HR-related questions and issues
- Resolve cases professionally and escalate complex issues to HRSSC management as needed
- Interface with internal and external resources to gather information and maintain confidentiality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of prior experience in customer service or inbound call centers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
