HR Shared Services Representative

Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for employee assistance, the full-time HR Shared Services Representative will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support transactional work in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to written and oral inquiries from employees, managers, retirees, and family members regarding HR-related questions and issues
• Resolve cases professionally and escalate complex issues to HRSSC management as needed
• Interface with internal and external resources to gather information and maintain confidentiality

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of prior experience in customer service or inbound call centers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
