Job Summary
Providing first-line HR support, the full-time HR Shared Services Representative will manage tier 1 inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits while working remotely, preferably from Iowa, Illinois, or Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries with problem-solving and empathy, adhering to service standards
- Assist team members and leaders with HR operations requests throughout the employee life cycle
- Provide professional customer service and support for various HR-related questions and issues
Required qualifications
- Associates degree in HR, business, or technology (or applicable work experience) required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or technology (or applicable work experience) preferred
- Two years of experience in customer service, HR, or IT preferred
