Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee benefits and HR transactions, ensuring compliance with policies
Respond to queries from employees and managers regarding HR programs and policies
Maintain employee records in HR information systems, ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR service center or related role in a multi-national company
Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish or German is required, French is a plus
Familiarity with labor laws of Poland, Germany, Austria, Spain, or France is a plus
