Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee benefits and HR transactions, ensuring compliance with policies
  • Respond to queries from employees and managers regarding HR programs and policies
  • Maintain employee records in HR information systems, ensuring data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR service center or related role in a multi-national company
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish or German is required, French is a plus
  • Familiarity with labor laws of Poland, Germany, Austria, Spain, or France is a plus
