Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer HR Helpline calls in English and French Canadian, acting as the initial escalation for inquiries
  • Provide general HR support, including payroll, hiring, and employee concerns, while ensuring compliance and effective service delivery
  • Document inquiries and escalate cases as necessary, while developing relationships with HR Business Partners
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of HR Shared Services or relevant Human Resources experience
  • Proficiency in French Canadian (written and spoken)
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Canadian laws and effective HR administration processes
