Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer HR Helpline calls and respond to inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements
  • Provide administrative support related to HR matters, including payroll, new hire support, and employee concerns
  • Assist in the transition of HR administrative processes and maintain relationships with HR Business Partners
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of HR Shared Services or relevant Human Resources experience
  • Proficiency in French Canadian (both written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian laws and regulations
  • Experience with Human Resources Information System software
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required
