Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in HR Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR operations support, including managing the HR shared inbox and processing HRIS transactions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with policy governance and audits
  • Support Total Rewards processes, including workers' compensation and merit cycles


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services
  • Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
