Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist in HR Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR operations support, including managing the HR shared inbox and processing HRIS transactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with policy governance and audits
- Support Total Rewards processes, including workers' compensation and merit cycles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services
- Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management
- Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
