HR Shared Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day workforce administration operations while upholding service level agreements and performance standards
• Provide consultative customer support for complex inquiries from employees, managers, and HR partners
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and support HR process enablement through documentation and training

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in an HR shared services or service delivery environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
