Job Summary
To support the HR Shared Services function, the full-time HR Shared Services Specialist will manage data transactions, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives remotely on a 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Execute HR transactions and operational tasks throughout the employment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and local regulations
- Coordinate employee inquiries and collaborate with HR business partners to resolve complex queries while enhancing technology adoption
- Lead process optimization and project management efforts to improve HR operations and support corporate change initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a shared service center environment
- Proficiency in Workday HR information system and knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience with HR processes throughout the employee life cycle and project management
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement and employee experience
