Job Summary
Resolving complex HR issues, the full-time HR Shared Services Specialist will serve as a strategic escalation point between Global Shared Services and Centers of Excellence, providing advanced troubleshooting and enhancing the employee experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve complex Tier 3 HR requests with accuracy and empathy
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the development of self-service tools
- Analyze service trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume HR Shared Services environment
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or ServiceNow is preferred
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage escalations effectively
