HR Shared Services Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the HR Shared Services Specialist will manage complex inquiries and escalations across global service lines, ensuring high-quality service delivery in HR operations, payroll, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and resolving complex, end-to-end HR cases and inquiries across various service lines
• Analyzing data to support decision-making and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
• Coordinating cross-functional activities for projects, including system migrations and change management initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations
• Proven experience in managing complex HR cases and cross-functional escalations
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Working knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
