HR SharePoint Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the HR SharePoint Architect will design and implement a centralized HR document repository while structuring SharePoint Online architecture and executing content migration across multiple repositories.
Key responsibilities
- Consult on existing HR document repositories and design a unified HR Operations Hub
- Structure SharePoint Online architecture, including site structure, navigation, and governance standards
- Configure approval workflows, version control, and audit trails using Power Automate
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture, including hub/spoke site design and large-scale content migrations
- Expertise with SharePoint metadata, site columns, content types, and managed metadata/term store
- Experience configuring workflows with Power Automate for approval and publishing processes
- Knowledge of records management, version control, and compliance standards, including ISO readiness
