Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, HR Solution Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency
• Lead initiatives to digitize and automate HR workflows, reducing manual efforts and enhancing user experience
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in human resources or related work
• In-depth knowledge of ATS, LMS or HCM
• Program and/or Project Management experience
• A BS/BA degree is required. Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA)
• Strong understanding of HR areas such as HR management, HR analytics, and diversity initiatives
