HR Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Solutions Architect to provide configuration support and technical guidance for the UKG Pro platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform UKG platform configuration to support HR initiatives and system enhancements
• Serve as the technical advisor on the feasibility, effort, and impact of proposed changes
• Create solution architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration maps

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UKG Subject Matter Expert with hands-on configuration knowledge of the UKG Pro platform
• Expertise in UKG platform configuration is required
• Familiarity with HR systems domain knowledge, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and core HR functions
• Experience supporting or coordinating projects is preferred
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders is preferred
